Get as many classmates as you can to come out and join us, there may just be a reward for the most members of a class who sign in and attend!
We will have food available for purchase for a modest cost at the picnic! There will be hot dogs, burgers, brats and veggie burgers!! All proceeds from the sale of food will go directly to Steinmetz College Prep. Special thanks to Jaime G. Jaramillo Jr. for making this possible!

DONATION BOOK DRAWING
The donation book drawing is being used to help defray the expenses incurred by the picnic, newsletter, operating expenses, and postage – all of which have increased every year. These are mailed out to all Alumni Members, but you can print extras out here!
How it works:
1. DOWNLOAD AND PRINT OUT THE DONATION BOOK. You only need to print out pages 2-7 for the tickets.
2. You fill out the stub left hand side of the ticket with your NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE number. TIP: you can use address labels for this, just make sure to give us your phone number.
>Single tickets are $3 DONATION each
>Book of all five including the Green ticket for the extra drawing is $15.00 DONATION
The GREEN stub is to be filled out ONLY AFTER the ENTIRE BOOK of five white stubs are filled out.
3. Cut off the left hand side stub of the ticket(s) right under where it says “2018”
4. Make out a check payable to: STEINMETZ ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
5. Mail your tickets to the address on the flier in the book.
THE DONATION BOOK DRAWING WILL BE AT THE PICNIC, USUALLY AROUND 3-4 PM
WINNERS NEED NOT BE PRESENT – WE WILL MAIL YOU YOUR PRIZES!
