Donations needed for student Dominican Republic Service Trip
UPDATE 12/17/2013: Thanks to all the generous donations, this trip is now fully funded and the girls will have the trip of a lifetime. Our sincere thanks to all whom have made this possible.
Nicole Barnes (Spanish teacher) and Mark Lichaj (science teacher) will be taking a group of 6 girls, 2 seniors Dzenana Skenderovic and Taylor Silvestri and 4 juniors Husna Afzal, Karolina Jaworowska, Guadalupe Santana, and Berenice Vara, to the Dominican Republic on a service learning trip this spring break. The group will be working on projects related to ecotourism, conservation, and reforestation in addition to working on community specific endeavors.
