They are an independent organization within the Steinmetz Reunion group, also not directly associated with the Steinmetz Alumni Association. The class of June 1960 meets about once a month at various locations for lunch on the second Tuesday at (usually) 12:30. They would love to have you join them. And you don’t have to be in the June class!

Steinmetz Class of 1968
Please join us for a 57 year reunion Saturday, October 4th, from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Georgio’s Chicago Pizza Pub, 100 W. Higgins Rd. South Barrington, IL 60010, (It’s in The Barrington Arboretum, Rte. 59 & Higgins Rds.)
Cost is $24.00 per person, + tax and gratuity. Cost will include delicious all you can eat pizza/pasta/salad bar from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM and coffee, tea and soft drinks. Drinks are available as a pay as you order basis and there will be waitstaff taking your orders.
Money will be collected at the doorway of our room as you walk in, credit cards and or cash only (no checks). You will be shown the $24.00, the tax will be added and it will ask you for a gratuity, please be generous as we will be enjoying ourselves and partying for 3 hours. I’m sorry, but “just dropping in for a drink” will not be allowed.
Please contact me, Betty Childers Braun, at 847-202-4470 as soon as possible to let me know you are coming. We need to give a head count to Georgio’s by September 25. I will need to know if you’re coming no later than September 20th. Feel free to leave me a voice message and be sure to include your maiden name and telephone number. We know it’s last minute but so many have been asking to get together again and we really should celebrate while we can. There will NEVER be another Awesome Class of ’68.

We can help plan for a Saturday morning/afternoon. For some of the classes that are smaller and just want a place to get together and see the school at the same time…just give it a thought!! The alumni association would love to help.
