On Saturday May 9, 2015 we will be gathering at the corner of Normandy and Cornelia for the dedication of “Honorary Danny Seraphine Way”. Danny Seraphine is the drummer of the Rock Band Chicago who grew up on the 3500 block of N. Normandy, attended St. Priscilla Grammar School and Steinmetz High School before going on to study at DePaul University.
I invite you to join us in honoring one of our neighborhood sons as we unveil the new street signs.
